Former New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez has been charged with Murder of Odin Lloyd.

"“A young man was murdered last week and we extend our sympathies to the family and friends who mourn his loss. Words cannot express the disappointment we feel knowing that one of our players was arrested as a result of this investigation. We realize that law enforcement investigations into this matter are ongoing. We support their efforts and respect the process. At this time, we believe this transaction is simply the right thing to do. – NFL.com"

Authorities came to Hernandez’s house today and arrested him. Directly after his arrest he was released by the Patriots and now he is being charged with murder. All the authorities searching his house and ponds and everything around him. I wonder what evidence they took away from his house. He tried to clean it up and destroy some evidence, but they still had to have come away with something.

Hernandez is in all kinds of mess now. This will be the hot story line during the offseason.

According to Wesley Lowery, prosecutors say they have Aaron Hernandez on tape, with a firearm suggesting that he “can’t trust anyone anymore”.

Per Lowery:

"Prosecutor: Police have #Hernandez on tape with firearm and saying “you can’t trust anyone anymore” before picking up Lloyd."

Lowery also reported that Hernandez was apparently angry with the victim whoreportedly talked to people Hernandez “didn’t like”:

"Prosecutor: #Hernandez mad that Lloyd talked to people he didn’t like on previous Friday night at Club Rumor."

This is going to get crazy
