Both the Cleveland Browns and the Detroit Lions won their opening preseason game and are looking to move to 2-0. Most importantly, both teams are looking to get out of the game without any injuries. That is what every team is hoping for during these games. The starters should see more action this time around also.

Lions  Player to Watch: Calvin Johnson

How can you watch the Detroit Lions without having your eyes on Calvin Johnson. Megatron is the Detroit Lions. I am sure some would love to see Reggie Bush, but the show is Calvin. Keep your eyes on greatness.

Browns Player to Watch: Trent Richardson

Ricahrdson will see his first action of the preseason after nursing a shin injury. He has a lot of expectations on his shoulders this season and this will be his first step to becoming the big time back that Cleveland expects.

Matchup to Watch: Calvin Johnson vs Joe Hayden

Here are two of the bests battling it out on the field in a preseason game. Haden is one of the top corners in the league and will get to test his talents against the best of the best.

Prediction

Aug 8, 2013; Cleveland, OH, USA; Cleveland Browns quarterback Brandon Weeden (3) warms up before a game against the St. Louis Rams at FirstEnergy Field. Mandatory Credit: Ron Schwane-USA TODAY Sports

It still is the preseason and we all really don’t care too much. I will go with the combination of Brandon Weeden and Jason Campbell over the Detroit Lions. They have a quarterback battle going on and both guys need to perform well.

Lions 17, Browns 24
