Here is another chance for all to see the Philadelphia Eagles offense again. Chip Kelly gets another shot to run the offense against Ron Rivera and the Carolina Panthers.

There are plenty of things to watch for, but here is the most important stuff.

Panthers  Player to Watch: Star Lotulelei

The rookie gets to get onto the football field for his second career game and will have to deal with that Chip Kelly offense. It should be fun to see how the rookie deals with all the different looks at the quick moving offense.

Eagles  Player to Watch: Desean Jackson

Jackson impressed in the first preseason game and gets to go onto the football field again and show that he can get back to his explosive ways.

Matchup to Watch: Michael Vick vs Nick Foles

The biggest matchup to watch is within one team. Michael Vick and Nick Foles are battling for a job and both will have to bring it on the field. Vick may have the upper hand, but Foles can make some things happen and turn some heads.

Prediction

These games go to teams that get some good performances from the players in a position battle. The Eagles have a battle at quarterback and both players need to step up and do well.
