The Pittsburgh Steelers needed help at the running back position. LeVeon Bell is recovering from a foot injury and the Steelers had feared that it was a Lisfranc Injury. It doesn’t seem to be that injury, but the team still likely will be cautious while proceeding with Bell. In order to fill the gap while he is sidelined, the team has traded LB Adrian Robinson to the Philadelphia Eagles for RB Felix Jones.

The Steelers needed help bad at the position. Jones isn’t going to light it up on the ground or anything, but he has better potential than the other backs on the roster. Isaac Redman should not be a starter going into the season. Jones can carry the load for a little while, but will likely get injured in a couple games down the road. Hopefully that is when Bell is ready to come back. The Steelers would really be in a world of hurt without Bell.
