The New York Giants are looking to add a running back onto their roster. They lost Andre Brown to a broken leg and need someone to take the carries behind David Wilson.

The Giants worked out former Cardinals RB Beanie Wells and former Steelers RB Jonathan Dwyer today. Both would be decent options to bring onto the roster. They are some of the top backs available in free agency right now. They could also look in the direction of Michael Turner or Willis McGahee if they wanted.

Wilson will be taking the bulk of the carries, but they still need someone to give him a breather from time to time. The other backs on the roster are Da’Rel Scott and Michael Cox.
