Seahawks OL Max Unger, Breno Giacomini On Inactive List For Sunday

The Seattle Seahawks will have to face off against J.J. Watt and the Houston Texans without 3 of their top offensive linemen in the game.

RT Breno Giacomini and C Max Unger were both listed as doubtful for the game and have been listed on the inactive list for today. The team was already without LT Russell Okung, who was placed on the IR list with a sprained toe. The offensive line has some depth issues that they will have to work through today.

Both Giacomini and Unger were hurt last week against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Giacomini left the game in the 2nd quarter with a knee injury. Unger played through the game last week with a triceps injury, but won’t be able to play today.

Lemuel Jeanpierre is expected to start at center for Unger and Michael Bowie is expected to start at right tackle for Giacomini. Giacomini did not practice this week and Unger was limited the last couple of days.

Jeanpirre started 5 games for the Seahawks in 2011 at center and right guard. Bowie saw his first game action last week filling in for Giacomini.

Russell Wilson better get those legs ready.
