The Green Bay Packers have a losing record (1-2) in this early season and are looking to get back to .500 with a win against the Detroit Lions. The Packers are coming off of a BYE week and should be prepared to take on Detroit.

Detroit is coming off a nice victory over the Chicago Bears and will be looking to get another win in the division. The Lions are at the top right now and would love to take another game lead in the division.

Where: Lambeau Field, Green Bay, WI

Lions Player to Watch: Reggie Bush

Reggie Bush had his best performance in a Lions jersey last week with 139 yards on the ground and a touchdown on 18 carries. He will want to bring that explosiveness to Green Bay on Sunday to help the Lions get that victory in the division.

Packers  Player to Watch: Aaron Rodgers

The Packers are 8-1 against the Lions with Rodgers starting the contest. The loss came when Rodgers was knocked out of the game. Rodgers is on the leader boards for passer rating, but the Bengals were able to force him into some trouble  a couple of weeks ago. The Bengals sacked him 4 times and forced him into a couple of turnovers. The Lions will have to do that same thing.

Matchup to Watch: Clay Matthews vs Matt Stafford

These two don’t really go up against each other one-on-one, but I am sure that they will meet a couple of times on Sunday. Matthews should be back on the field after nursing a hamstring injury and he will be looking to get to Matthew Stafford and disrupt the Lions passing game. Matthews will also be a key in stopping Reggie Bush.

The Lions have done an excellent job in the early season, but this division is tough and taking a game in Lambeau is going to be even tougher. The Packers are coming off of a BYE week and should be plenty prepared for the matchup. The Packers will win this game in a high scoring affair.
