Buffalo Bills star WR Stevie Johnson was unable to play last week against the Cincinnati Bengals, but the Bills and fantasy owners should get Johnson back for this week’s game against the rival Miami Dolphins. Thad Lewis is fully expected to play this week after practicing today without any hitches following last week’s foot sprain, so it will be the first game with Johnson and Lewis together. ESPN NFL Nation’s Mike Rodak reports that Stevie Johnson was able to practice fully today, but he was “hesitant” when asked if he would be able to play this week against the Dolphins.

Johnson’s hesitance is a tad worrisome, but it doesn’t move the meter has much as the actions. The fact that Johnson was reportedly able to practice fully on the first practice of the week is definitely big news, and Rodak has stated a few times on ESPN’s Bills blog that Stevie Johnson will likely play this week.

He currently has 20 receptions for 254 yards and two touchdowns this season, but he will have his hands full against Dolphins star CB Brent Grimes this week, assuming he does play. He missed all of last week’s practices and the game against the Bengals due to a death in the family and a back injury. Hopefully Johnson is feeling better now both physically and mentally, and I hope he is able to play against the Dolphins and have a big game.
