The Miami Dolphins personnel department is eager to get their new talent onto the football field. They are ready to see Bryant McKinnie get onto the football field to help protect Ryan Tannehill and his backside, but the coaching staff is taking a more methodical approach to the situation.

The Miami Dolphins have kept Tyson Clabo on the right side of the line and Jonathan Martin on the left side and have been working in Bryant McKinnie in on the left side.

The personnel guys want to get big McKinnie on the field this Sunday, but it looks like he won’t be starting for the team till later in the week. Why wouldn’t they be anxious to get him on the field? Ryan Tannehill has been getting hit left and right. He needs to get some sort of protection behind him and that is the reason why the team made the trade.

The personnel department may just have to wait till next week to see their new toy starting on the offensive line. I bet Ryan Tannehill cannot wait for that time.

Now we will have to see which Bryant McKinnie they get on the team. The McKinnie that put in work and helped lead the Ravens to the Super Bowl or the McKinnie that consistently comes into camp overweight and unmotivated.
