There are a lot of receivers that have been mentioned in trade rumors the last few weeks and the Indianapolis Colts are in need of some help at the receiver position. They just lost WR Reggie Wayne for the season and would love to fill his production with something. The Colts are not afraid to make bold moves and many people speculated that the Colts would look to add a receiver before the trade deadline. It seems that the Colts will not be making a move for a receiver at this time:

“We’re standing pat,” Colts coach Chuck Pagano told Indianapolis reporters.

The Colts will start T.Y. Hilton and Darius Heyward-Bey at receiver, but the 3rd receiver spot is still up in the air. It could be either LaVon Brazill or Griff Whalen to take the spot.

Don’t look for Hakeem Nicks or Josh Gordon or Kenny Britt to be packing their bags for Indianapolis any time soon. The Colts will have to rely on the talent they already have on the roster.
