The Oakland Raiders are still searching for their first win on the road this season, and they will have to win this one with undrafted rookie Matt McGloin making his debut due to a knee injury to Terrelle Pryor. Meanwhile, the 2-7 Houston Texans are looking to salvage what they can out of this nightmarish 2013 season, and all eyes will be on Case Keenum this afternoon at Reliant Stadium. Keenum looks like the Texans franchise QB, and he could have a big game against the Raiders secondary. Below are the injury reports for both teams.

Houston Texans

Out

CB Elbert Mack (hamstring)

TE Ryan Griffin (concussion)

Questionable

CB Kareem Jackson (chest)- Jackson suffered the chest injury last week against the Arizona Cardinals and will be a game-time decision today. I don’t think we’ll see Jackson out there, but his status is totally up in the air. Brandon Harris will start for Jackson if the No. 2 CB can’t go, and it will be interesting to see what Harris can do.

LB Mike Mohamed (hamstring)

LB Joe Mays (knee)- Ricky Sapp and D.J. Smith were added, which isn’t good news for the injury statuses of current LBs like Mays.

P Shane Lechler (illness)- I would be surprised if he isn’t out there.

Probable

RT Derek Newton (knee)

LB Darryl Sharpton (foot)

C Ben Jones (chest)

RB Ben Tate (ribs)- Tate is getting healthier, but he was limited in every day of practice. He’s going to slog through the injury for the rest of the season and things will get better, but Tate most likely won’t be at 100% for the rest of the year.

CB Brice McCain (hip)

WR DeVier Posey (hip)

DE J.J. Watt (elbow)

LG Wade Smith (knee)

OT Andrew Gardner (knee)

S Shiloh Keo (Achilles)

WR Keshawn Martin (shoulder)

G Brandon Brooks (toe)

Oakland Raiders

Out

QB Terrelle Pryor (knee)- Pryor hasn’t been the same these past few weeks due to an MCL sprain, and the Raiders are finally ruling Pryor out for this week’s game against the Texans. He may have even suffered a setback, because it seems like his knee injury is only getting worse. He should be back out there next week, but keep a close eye on his knee at practice next week. He didn’t look good last week or during practice on Friday, and the Raiders wisely downgraded Pryor from “questionable” to “out” and will roll with McGloin today.

CB D.J. Hayden (groin)- Dennis Allen said the rookie will be out “a while”, and it’s safe to say that he was never on track to return to the city of Houston (his college team) for today’s game.

RB Darren McFadden (hamstring)- You might as well only own Rashad Jennings in fantasy leagues, and this is due to both McFadden’s lack of health and the fact that Jennings is playing better than McFadden anyway.

WR Juron Criner (shoulder)

Questionable

OT Matt McCants (toe)

LB Kaluka Maiava (ribs)

Probable

K Sebastian Janikowski (ribs)

RT Tony Pashos (hip)
