College players are starting to declare for the NFL Draft and a big name just announced that he would be entering the 2014 NFL Draft. North Carolina TE Eric Ebron will enter the 2014 NFL Draft. Ebron is already being touted as the best tight end in the class and could be one of the next great ones to enter into the league.
Pass catching tight ends have been huge for offenses. Rob Gronkowski, Jimmy Graham, Antonio Gates, Tony Gonzalez and Julius Thomas are just a few of the guys in the league that have been making things happen in the passing game. These guys are tough for defenses to handle. They have a great combination of size and speed and Ebron fits into that same mold.
Some offensive coordinator is going to be stoked to see him on the board when they draft and will be hoping that they can bring him onto the roster. He will be a big time option for a quarterback and should be selected in the first couple of rounds in the draft.
