The word “spying” is a bad word in the NFL and especially around New England. The Patriots are already known for Spy Gate and now accusations are starting to arise from Houston Texans DE Antonio Smith after this weekend’s game.

“Either teams are spying on us or scouting us . . . I don’t know what it is,” Smith said after Houston lost its 10th straight game, 34-31. “We had some ways that we were going to play this week that just got put in this week, and it was just miraculous that they changed up some things that they did on offense and keyed on what we put in this week to stop what they were doing.

Spying? Or good scouting?

Maybe the Houston Texans are just a bad team and that is why everyone in the league is beating up on them. Even if they changed some things up on their side of the ball, that doesn’t mean that they did it well. There is a reason that the Texans have dropped 10 straight games.
