The Miami Dolphins are fighting for a playoff spot and need to keep pace with the Baltimore Ravens and they also need to stay up on the San Diego Chargers. This will be a tough division game for them. If they want to prove that they are contenders this season, they will  need to knock off the New England Patriots in a game that they need. The Patriots are not going to lay down on this game either. They are looking to get home field advantage throughout the playoffs and the loss by the Broncos on Thursday Night opened up the opportunity to take that. If they wiln the rest of their games down the stretch, they would be able to host the rest of the playoff games in New England. They will have to do it without Rob Gronkowksi in their lineup.

Prediction:

Dec 8, 2013; Foxborough, MA, USA; New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady (12) signals a touchdown during the fourth quarter of New England

The opportunity is there for the Patriots to get home field advantage throughout the playoffs and they won’t let that slip out of their grasps. They have a tough road down the stretch, but they will start off on the right foot by taking the game against the Miami Dolphins on Sunday.
