If you watched the Sunday Night Game on Sunday between the Cincinnati Bengals and the Pittsburgh Steelers, you will know about the hit that knocked out Bengals P Kevin Huber. Huber was already having a tough game to start things off. On one of his punts at the beginning of the game, he dropped the ball and was tackled at the 1-yard line by the Steelers. Then on his next punt, it was returned for a score for a touchdown by Antonio Brown. On that play, Huber was destroyed by the Steelers special teams player.

Huber was attempting to get in position to make a tackle on Brown and was knocked out after he was hit by a player that he never saw. His neck snapped back and he suffered a broken jaw on the play. He walked off the field with his mouth bleeding and gauze all over it. We now learned that he also suffered a cracked vertebrae in his neck, per Chris Mortensen.

That was one brutal hit that he took. He is going to the IR and will miss the rest of the season. Hope that he is able to get well quickly.
