Oregon Ducks RB De’Anthony Thomas announced that he will enter the 2014 NFL Draft. Thomas is one of the most dynamic players in the draft. He is a threat in the open field to break off huge runs. He lacks size and needs to work on his pass blocking, but a team will take a chance on him and will look to line him up all over the field.

He will likely get opportunities lining up in the slot and take a few plays in the backfield. He will also help out a team in the return game. He is a dynamic player that an offensive coordinator will have to create plays to get him in space.

If he wants to develop into a stud running back in the league, he will have to work on his protection for the quarterback. His quarterbacks will love him more and he will get more opportunities on 3rd downs. Once he gets that figured out, he will be one of the most dynamic players in the league.

Since he is small and running backs are becoming less important in the league, he will likely drop to the 2nd or 3rd round. Whoever picks him up will get a dynamic player on their offense.
