Indianapolis Colts K Adam Vinatieri is set to become a free agent at the age of 41. Kickers can last a lifetime in the NFL. Vinatieri still feels that he has 2 to 3 years left in his kicking leg and wants to get another deal from somebody. He would love to be back with the Colts, but he just would like to find a job with someone that will bring him on.

Vinatieri has had a lot of success in his career. He is known as one of the most clutch kickers in the game. He still has plenty of leg and can help some team out kicking some field goals.

The Colts could go younger in the kicking game or they can stay with the grizzled vet. At the age of 41, he might not get that much action in the free agent market. If he keeps his leg strong, some team is going to give him a call during the year. There always seems to be a kicker that flames out during the year and some team that is looking for a new leg to bring in.

Did Adam Vinatieri see his last kick in the NFL?
