Brandon Spikes On His Time With Patriots: "4 Years A Slave"

Brandon Spikes seems to be a little bitter about his time with the New England Patriots. Spikes went onto his twitter account and started bombing on his time with the Patriots. He said that it would be icing on the cake to hand a pair of losses to the Patriots ever year:

He went onto his account and started blocking every “MassHole” from his twitter account:

What were his thoughts on his 4 years with the Patriots?

Four years a SLAVE! Tell us how you really feel Brandon? I think he is just a little bit pissed.

The Patriots placed Spikes on injured reserve in January after he reportedly was late to a team meeting because his car was stuck in the snow (NESN). He hit free agency in the offseason and he joined the Buffalo Bills and will get to face off against his former team twice per season.

    good riddance then.

Pats were on the short end during his tenure with the team….one dimensional player. Good run stuffer but slow in coverage…big liability. Bills will only be able to use him effectively for two downs, maybe….only if they face teams with good running attacks. He will be a weakness on the Bills defense if he has to cover TE or RB coming out of the backfield….Vereen.

Whether Spikes was being sarcastic, tweeting out of anger, or joking, Spike’s tweet about being ’4 years a slave’ is insulting. Spike’s is the typical prima doña professional athlete. Everything is all about him. He does not care about anyone, but himself.
