Kansas City Chiefs LT Eric Fisher played last season and at 295-300 pounds and he wants to put on some weight for the coming season, wanting to play at around 310-315 pounds, per Herbie Teope. The added weight should help him out during the regular season.

Fisher had an up-and-down season last year, as all rookies tend to have. He will be looking to play with more consistency in this year and he will shift over to the left side of the line.

The Kansas City Chiefs have a tough group of opponents this year. The team will have to face off against some of the best pass rushers in the league. The Chiefs have to go up against the NFC West and there are some outstanding pass rushers in that division. There are some good pass rushers within the division as well. Fisher better be prepared to face off against that competition.

Fisher will need to keep Alex Smith standing and allow Smith to make plays down the field. Fisher will also have to create holes in the running game for Jamaal Charles. The rookie season is over, Fisher has to play up to that top overall selection.
