The rumors around the St. Louis Rams and Johnny Manziel are going to start building. We are only a few days away from the NFL Draft and talk about the Rams interest in Johnny Manziel is getting attention.

According to Ian Rapoport, the Rams had an interesting meeting with Johnny Manziel at the combine. They kicked everyone out besides GM Les Snead, Jeff Fisher and Johnny Manziel. That is an interesting group to sit together.

Could the Rams be considering taking the young quarterback and unseating Sam Bradford as the starting quarterback on the roster. That would shift all kinds of things around in the drfat if that were to happen. Could the Rams really use their 2nd overall selection on Johnny Football or are they thinking about a later selection?

Manziel would be able to compete with Sam Bradford for the starting gig and be groomed to be the starting quarterback. He would likely take the starting job right out of camp. You wouldn’t use the 2nd overall selection for a quarterback to sit on the bench. Could this domino fall?
