Seattle Seahawks RB Marshawn Lynch has arrived at minicamp today, per Ian Rapoport. There was some chatter about him skipping out on the mandatory sessions in an attempt to get a new contract. Instead, Lynch has made his appearance and will work with the rest of the team.

He still may unhappy about his contract, but he is not going to use minicamp as his sounding board to let the owners know about his displeasure. He knows how important it is to get his work in with the rest of the team and the end goal for everyone on the roster is going to be the same. They all want to go to the Super Bowl again and repeat as the Champions. It wouldn’t be the same without Lynch available in minicamp.

The team can move forward now with Lynch back on the field. He may see a decrease in reps this season with the upcoming players on the roster at his position. The Seahawks are going to pound the rock with the ground of backs that they have on the roster.  Lynch will still be the main man running over defenders, he just has added help back there.
