Former Green Bay Packers WR Donald Driver believes that Houston Texans WR Andre Johnson will be back on the field with his team in training camp. Driver has been in the situation before and believes that Johnson will get back on the field soon.

Here are Driver’s thoughts from CSN Houston:

"“I’ve been through the same situation Andre’s in,” Driver said. “You feel like you want more. Normally, the organization knows what they want and the player knows what they want. Sometimes you have to meet in the middle. I think sooner or later they’re going to meet in the middle and Andre is going to be back at camp.”"

Andre Johnson is not happy with the team’s moves in the offseason. He wants to win now and doesn’t want to sit around while the team is figuring out the situation at the quarterback position. He doesn’t have many miles left on his tires., so he wants to compete at a high level now. He doesn’t want to sit around through tough growing pains with a team any longer.

Donald Driver has been in this situation in the past and responded by getting back on the field with his team. That doesn’t mean that Andre Johnson will have the same response.
