The Denver Broncos lost Eric Decker in free agency during the offseason, but the team made sure to re-stock the roster at the position. The team still has Demayrius Thomas to make plays down the field and added Emmanuel Sanders in free agency, but the player that has people sitting on the edge of their seats in anxiousness is rookie WR Cody Latimer.
Latimer rose up draft boards this offseason and was selected by the Denver Broncos in the 2nd round. Latimer is a big body that can stretch the field and has people in Denver excited for the possibilities. He will get to work with Peyton Manning on offense and should get plenty of opportunities to produce.
Here is a note from training camp today:
Cody Latimer making plays again. In the flat from Manning, deep post from Osweiler. This is becoming a habit.

Demayrius Thomas is a free agent at the end of the season and the team is expected to bring him back for a long-term deal. If they are unable to find a dollar amount that they agree on though, the team already has a possible solution for that departure. People are looking forward to the combination of Latimer and Thomas this season.
