There is a bit of a scare in Denver Broncos camp with starting linebacker Danny Trevathan leaving the field on a cart with a knee injury. They are bringing him in for testing and are hoping for the best.

Trevathan went to the ground with a pile of players during drills and was in obvious pain. He tried to walk it off to the sideline, but he was unable to put weight on his leg and had to be helped off the field. The status of the injury is still up in the air.

"“We have to do the testing, but you never like to see any player go down,” coach John Fox said. “So we’ll just have to see what the results are.” – Denver Post"

Trevathan had the same thing happen to him last October, where he left the practice field with an injury on a cart, but he was able to get back on the field in a few days to play a game. The team will be hoping for the same type of status for this injury.

Brandon Marshall is the team’s replacement for Trevathan while he is out in the trainer’s room.
