Cowboys stop Saints terrible fake punt with only 10 men

What is up with special teams play making big stops with only 10 players on the field? This time around it was the Dallas Cowboys that made a stop on the New Orleans Saints on their attempted fake punt. What a terrible fake it was too!

That is just 10 dudes on the field when they could have had the 11. The Saints couldn’t even take advantage of the extra dude that they had on the field.

First off, they tried to make the punter make the decision on throwing the football on this play. That is just crazy talk.

Then the punter thought that he was an athlete on the play and looked to shake his way through all the “pressure” that he was getting. He shook off one dude, but didn’t see the man that was trailing and took the hit and never got the ball off. What would it have looked like if he even got the throw out of his hands?

If the Saints are going to make that kind of an attempt, at least line up Brees as the punter and see if anyone notices it. I think Brees can make a play against 10 defenders.
