Colin Kaepernick was fined $10k for rocking the Beats By Dre headphones last week, so his solution was to put some tape on the Beats By Dre headphones to cover the logo this time around. Here you can see Kaep with the pink headphones and the tape covering it up.
The NFL has been sponsored by BOSE and is cracking down on the headphone use around the league (you don’t even know how stupid this is to even write), so they are looking to fine anyone that is wearing any other brand that is not BOSE.

Kaepernick is just going to tape it up and see if that satisfies the league. Nobosy will ever know that the headphones that he is wearing are not BOSE now. They will just see some random tape on his headphones and think nothing of it at all. Never.
