Who should you start and who should you sit at each position in fantasy football Week 3 from the 2016 NFL season?

If Week 2 wasn’t kind to you don’t worry because it was a ruthless week for a lot of owners. Off the top of my head, I can’t remember a week where so many key players went down with an injury. Luckily, a lot of them don’t appear to be too significant.

With that said, if you had Doug Martin, Danny Woodhead, Adrian Peterson, or Jonathan Stewart in your starting lineup last week, it definitely hurt. Their early departures and low fantasy output very well could have torpedoed your chances of winning. But Week 2 is now over and done with. It’s time to regroup and get your fantasy lineup back in position to get you a win this week.

This is Fantasy Football: Start or Sit Week 3 Edition.

If you’re not familiar with the setup for this article that’s okay because this week (and every week) I’m going to lay it out for you. The players discussed in this article will not be obvious players who should be starting every week. It will either be a good player with a bad matchup who you might want to reconsider or an average player with a great matchup who you should take a chance on.

Every now and then I will suggest you bench a stud for the week. If I do that, I’ll give a the reason why, players to consider starting instead and players who aren’t a better option.

Let’s get to it.
