Ezekiel Elliott continues to amaze, once again taking to the air to hurdle defenders to get the Dallas Cowboys first down.

Even with everyone questioning the Dallas Cowboys, no one is questioning rookie running back Ezekiel Elliott. While everyone talked about Dak Prescott after the loss to the New York Giants, you could argue that not using Elliott enough really hurt Dallas in trying to get the victory. However, the Cowboys started remedying their mistakes early in Week 15 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. As you’d expect, Zeke didn’t disappoint.

After already having gashed the Buccaneers for first downs and chunks of yardage, the Cowboys called Elliott’s number again. His elite offensive line opened up a big hole for him and he hit it with authority. It was once he got to the second level, though, that he really made some fireworks go off.

Right around the line-to-gain, two Buccaneers defenders tried to go low to take him down. Elliott may have gone down, but not before hurdling the two would-be tacklers and getting well past the line-to-gain for the Dallas first down:

You can keep doubting Ezekiel Elliott, and he’ll keep making impressive plays like this.

Yes, this is a first down run on a drive that ultimately resulted in no points in the first quarter. However, it’s so impressive to see a rookie (even behind this offensive line) to consistently come into games and be able to gash opposing defenses. And just for good measure, he’ll make them look silly like on this play.
