Here is the weekly round up of the NFC North:

The Minnesota Vikings continue to roll. Sidney Rice was named the NFC Offensive Player of the Week with his career best 201 yard performance versus the Detroit Lions. Antoine Winfield is back at practice and says he is at about 85%. Next up for the Vikings is the Seattle Seahawks.

The Pack feels reinvigorated with the big win over the Cowboys this past Sunday. The fact that the much maligned offensive line has kept Aaron Rodgers upright against a sack happy defense was a good sign. The running game was the key. The Packers defense dominated the Cowboys all day long, and gained a ton of confidence. The Pack controls their own destiny and the chase for the wildcard spots begin. Next up for the Packers are the San Francisco 49ers.

The Bears continue to search for answers, and pray they can find some offensive lineman, and play making receivers this off season. Thus far the high cost of Jay Cutler does not seem justified, which usually means front office heads could roll. Next up for the Bears is a tough match versus the Philadelphia Eagles.

The Lions could not protect Stafford, and the Vikings made them pay. The Detroit defense was the strongest unit, but even they fell short versus a very good Vikings team. Despite the loss, the Lions are a team on the rise. They need more play makers and more depth, but the light at the end of the tunnel is not another train. Next up for the Lions is a very winnable game versus the awful Cleveland Browns.
