Green Bay Packers Select OL Bryan Bulaga 23rd Overall
In one of the biggest steals of the draft, the Green Bay Packers were able to land Iowa offensive lineman Bryan Bulaga all the way down at the 23rd pick in the draft. Bulaga can play guard or tackle, so it will be interesting to see where the Packers plug him in.
Bulaga could easily turn out to be the best lineman taken in this draft. He’s a guy with great technique and who clearly understands how to play the game from an X’s and O’s perspective. And he just happens to be one of the meanest guys on the field.
He is an absolute mauler in the run game and isn’t too shabby when he’s got to take a step back and give his quarterback some time. Aaron Rodgers and Ryan Grant should be screaming like little girls about this pick because it’s only going to pad their stats and extend their careers.
