Quarterback

Andrew Luck has been a true maverick in his first professional season and continues to get better as the weeks roll on. At this point he is becoming a must start in all but the toughest starts. The Jags are a very soft matchup and a repeat of last week’s heroics isn’t out of the question – go ahead and start him with confidence.

Running Back

The situation here has become increasingly complicated as the season continues. Donald Brown‘s return complicates matters as it was his injury that opened the door for Vick Ballard to get his opportunity. This week however it is likely Ballard gets one more shot with the short week and Brown having sustained a further injury last week. Ballard is a strong flex play this week.

Wide Receiver

Reggie Wayne‘s re-emergence as a fantasy superstar with the arrival of Andrew Luck has made him a must start every week and week 10 is the same as always with Wayne a top 10 WR. Rookie T.Y. Hilton is fast becoming another who must be considered every week. He has speed to burn and shows good hands – he’s a strong flex play this week. Donnie Avery has also had plenty of opportunities although while he is getting plenty of targets he isn’t doing as much with them – he’s a low-end flex play at this point.

Tight End

This situation has been murky all year and continues to be tough for fantasy owners to take advantage of. While rookie Coby Fleener has the trust of Andrew Luck having been his collegiate teammate, it appears fellow rookie Dwayne Allen has taken the upper hand and become Luck’s favorite TE target. However, this is still up in the air and I would advise that if you must start a Colts TE, Allen is the guy and he is a shaky start at best but one from whom you could reap huge rewards.
