Does your favorite team need a new running back? What was once a glamorous position in the NFL and almost a necessity for success in the NFL has lost its luster. The passing game has taken over and running isn’t the necessity it once was.
Free agency starts before the draft and begins March 12th.

Unlike the NFL free agents at the quarterback position there is more quality here. Steven Jackson could be someone who takes a franchise to another level and make them a contender, in the right situation.
Reggie Bush has proven he could be a dual threat catching the ball and as a 1,000 yard rusher. Reggie Bush is even getting courted publicly by other NFL players, most recently Nate Burleson.
Ahmad Bradshaw has the rings and championship pedigree and still could be a featured back and succeed in this league and should have no problem finding a home.
Shonn Greene could go either way coming out of the circus that is the New York Jets.
