It looks like the Tennessee Titans have found their new Tight End as they have just signed former NFC Champion and San Francisco 49ers Delanie Walker to a 4 year deal as reported by Adam Schefter.

Some mixed reports were thrown out after the Super Bowl about whether or not the Tennessee Titans were going to franchise tag Jared Cook or let him walk. Well it is pretty clear now that Jared Cook is going to have to find a home somewhere else.

Walker spending the first part of his career in San Francisco, will be a good fit for the Tennessee Titans as they look to improve both areas of their offense. Being a good blocker, one being an outstanding block he put on Ed Reed in the Super Bowl allowing  Frank Gore to walk into the end-zone after a pitch black rally after half time, should help balance this offense.

One position taken care of, now they needs to continue to hound the market and reel in another big signing.
