As you’re probably aware, former New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez is currently sitting behind bars for a wealth of potential crimes while his case plays out in the course of law.
Despite being jailed for alleged criminal acts, apparently Hernandez has been nothing but a model citizen during his time behind bars.
Stan Grossfeld of The Boston Globe has the report:
"“He’s been nothing but perfect,” Hodgson said. “I met with him when he first came in to lay the rules out. I said, ‘Here’s the deal. You won’t be treated any better or worse or get any special privileges here. If you have any issues or problems, tell command.’ He was very polite and very respectful. He didn’t seem nervous, he seemed very comfortable.”"
The Spin: This was predictable. Hernandez is split from the rest of the general population, not because they think he will be an issue, but because other inmates could be an issue if they want to attack him because of his high profile.
Hernandez will be on his best behavior while things still move through the court of law. We’ll keep you updated as things happen.
