I guess it is time for everyone to come out and share their favorite teams now. Colin Kaepernick wears a Miami Dolphins hat. Cam Newton admits that he is an Atlanta Falcons fan. Now Larry Fitzgerald admits he is a Minnesota Vikings fan. Anyone else want to come out and share their thoughts on other teams in the league?

We did have Fred Smoot say how much he hated Emmitt Smith and the Cowboys. That was a little refreshing.

I guess in this day and age, it doesn’t matter if you wear the hat of your competitors. It doesn’t matter that your favorite team is a division rival. Just come out and share your favorite teams.

Here was Fitzgerald’s thoughts:

“I grew up a Vikings fan and I would be lying to you if I didn’t say I was still a Vikings fan,” Fitzgerald said. “Growing up in Minnesota it’s second nature. I still pull for them when I’m not playing them. A lot of my closest friends in the NFL are Vikings. I’m close with [Everson] Griffen, Jared Allen, Phil [Loadholt], Adrian Peterson, Kyle Rudolph. You pull for your friends.”

Nice! Everyone is a fan of some team. It’s fine to like your division rival. Whatever.
