The Dallas Cowboys are heavy favorites for today’s game against the Minnesota Vikings, and they can easily go over .500 with a win this afternoon. Meanwhile, an upset victory for the Vikings would be a huge bounce-back win for this team and a chance for guys like Leslie Frazier and Rick Spielman to cool their seats. Below are the injury reports for both teams.

Dallas Cowboys

Out

CB Morris Claiborne (hamstring)- He will likely be out until after the Cowboys bye week in an effort to try and get the second-year starter healthy again.

S J.J. Wilcox (knee)

LB DeVonte Holloman (neck)

RG Brian Waters (triceps)- He’s been placed on the injured reserve, which is a huge blow for the Cowboys. Mackenzy Bernadeau will start at right guard for the Cowboys and will likely continue to be a significant liability on the Cowboys offensive line.

Doubtful

WR Miles Austin (hamstring)- The Cowboys are just going to shut down Austin until he is beyond-all-doubts healthy from yet another nagging hamstring injury.

DE DeMarcus Ware (quadriceps)- It would be a shock to see him out there today, and it’s definitely in the Cowboys best interest to continue to rest their most important player on defense.

Questionable

S Danny McCray (hip)- He was finally able to return to practice this week, so we’ll see if he can play in lieu of a second straight week without rookie S J.J. Wilcox.

Probable

DE George Selvie (shoulder)

DT Marvin Austin (back)

RB DeMarco Murray (knee)- He was always expected to play this week.

DT Jason Hatcher (neck)

RB Lance Dunbar (hamstring)

WR Dwayne Harris (hip)

S Barry Church (hamstring)

Minnesota Vikings

Out

TE Rhett Ellison (ankle)

CB Chris Cook (hip)- Losing Cook is a huge blow for the Vikings, because he has been their only competent cornerback this season. Look for him to be out for another week, and today’s matchup will likely be ruled by the Cowboys offense.

S Jamarca Sanford (groin)

DT Fred Evans (knee)

RB Matt Asiata (shoulder)

Probable

DT Kevin Williams (knee)

WR Rodney Smith (hip)

LB Chad Greenway (wrist)

CB A.J. Jefferson (ankle)

K Blair Walsh (left hamstring)

WR Greg Jennings (knee)- He picked up a very minor injury last week and is a full-go this week after practicing on Thursday and Friday.

RT Phil Loadholt (illness)

RB Adrian Peterson (not injury related)
