Oakland Raiders wide receiver Denarius Moore has missed the past few games with a shoulder injury, but he’s finally set to get back on the field this week after practicing all week. The Raiders will definitely need him out there if they want to upset the rival Kansas City Chiefs, and Moore’s ability to stretch the field is definitely a huge plus.
According to ESPN NFL Nation’s Paul Gutierrez, the Raiders are officially listing Moore as questionable for tomorrow’s game, and Moore will most likely make his return tomorrow. It will be interesting to see how he does, how many snaps he gets, and how many targets he and Andre Holmes get on Sunday. Moore isn’t worth starting in fantasy leagues this week, but he could be a very nice option against the San Diego Chargers next week, especially if he plays well tomorrow.
Moore was averaging 57 yards per game, 15.4 yards per completion, and had five total receiving touchdowns before being injured, and he has more than enough raw talent and speed to help change the game. We most likely won’t see that out of him this week, but we will most likely see him out there for the first time since injuring his shoulder in Week 11. The Raiders face the rival Chargers and their weak pass defense next week, so Moore should be on the fantasy radar for Week 16 if he looks healthy tomorrow. Although the Chargers played very well on defense against the Denver Broncos on Thursday night, I still don’t trust their pass D.
