USC Trojans WR Marqise Lee has decided that he will declare for the NFL Draft and forego his senior year at USC. He announced his intentions over twitter:
“To all Trojan fans,” Lee wrote on his official Twitter account. “I have decided to forego my senior season at USC and declare for the 2014 NFL Draft. I want to thank my coaches, teammates, staff and the entire Trojan Family for all of the support over the last three seasons.”
Lee will be one of the top wide receivers available in the 2014 draft. Lee had some knee issues this season and missed 3 games. He was held to 4 touchdowns on the season, but the potential is there. We will see how he performs during the combine.
Lee is a well-rounded receiver and could make an instant impact on a roster. He can beat you deep over the top and he also has the ability to make defenders miss in the open field.
