Kellen Winslow was arrested a couple of months ago in a Target parking lot. The cops were called after a woman parked next to him and thought that he was masturbating in his car. The cops pulled up and found some “Funky Monkey” and “Mr. Happy” containers in the car and also a couple of open Vaseline containers in the center console. The cops asked Winslow what he had been doing and where he was going and he told the officers that he was looking for a Boston Market. The cops took in the containers for evidence and they popped up as synthetic marijuana and he was arrested.
