Seattle Seahawks LB Bobby Wagner is sending out the warning now. If the Denver Broncos want to run their pick plays and crossing routes, they better be prepared to get hit. They better be prepared to get knock down. Wes Welker better be prepared to take a hit if he runs that same play.
Here is Wagner:
“They run a lot of crossing routes but they’re not going to pick us off like that,” linebacker Bobby Wagner said. “We’re too physical for that. We’re not going to just sit there and let them pick us off. We’re going to hit them.”
“It can be illegal, legal… try to pick Kam Chancellor. See how that works out,” Wagner said. – Pro Football Talk
Will the Broncos stop running pick plays? Nope! It is one of their bread and butter plays. They still will have some success running the plays.
The Seahawks are not afraid of hitting. It will be fun to watch the two teams battle it out on the field.
Will the Broncos still have success with those “pick” plays?
