The latest rumor on the salary cap for the 2014 season has the number $10 million over the amount that teams were using last season, per Pro Football Talk. The cap will be set at $133 million and the formal announcement could come as quickly as tomorrow.

That is some good news for some upcoming free agents in the league. Eric Decker must be jumping for joy thinking about the extra money he could command in free agency. The New Orleans Saints must love the extra money that they are going to have to throw at Jimmy Graham. Teams that were in a bad place with the salary cap, like the Dallas Cowboys, will get some relief.

Teams will get a little extra breathing room out there. It doesn’t matter how much money teams have available though, it is how they spend it. The Oakland Raiders have the most money available under the salary cap, but they also have a ton of work that they have to do in order to compete with other teams around the league.

Which team will use that money the best?
