Peyton Manning had a physical today and had an exam on his neck to make sure all things were straight. He just checks in on that neck every season to make sure that he is cleared to play football ever since he missed a year with neck surgery. He neck has been cleared and he is good to play another season:

There wasn’t much doubt going into the exam. Manning ended the season without many issues with the neck and he even joined a golf tournament after the Super Bowl. If there were any complications, he likely would have sat out from that and rested.
Manning had one of the best seasons that a quarterback can put together, other than the fact that he came up short for the ring. He will be looking to bring the team to the Super Bowl once again in 2014 and this time he will be hoping to leave as a champion.
