Khalil Mack impressed the scouts on his Pro Day on Tuesday. His 40 was timed in at 4.45 to 4.5-seconds and he will get a lot of buzz during the NFL Draft. Oakland Raiders GM Reggie McKenzie and Cleveland Browns head coach Mike Pettine were on hand to watch Mack on his Pro Day.
Mack is expected to be one of the top defensive players selected in the draft and the Browns and Raiders both could have the opportunity to add him onto their defense.
Mack can be an instant playmaker in the league and would add some pass rush help to both teams. The Raiders just need to add as many playmakers as they can on both sides of the ball. He would be one playmaker that the group coudl rely on.
If he were to join the Browns, he would be teamed up with Barkevious Mingo to chase after quarterbacks in Pettine’s defense. Pettine is a defensive minded coach and he likely would love to have a player like Mack on his new defense.
