Darrelle Revis will not be wearing a Tampa Bay Buccaneers jersey next season and the team is shopping him around. If the team is unable to find a suitor, then he will become a free agent. Either way, there are some teams that are interested in Revis.
The Oakland Raiders, Cleveland Browns and New York Jets are all expected to pursue Revis, according to former Jets Exec Ari Nissim.
The Raiders have a ton of room under the cap and have the ability to make a trade for Revis. The Raiders could use some help in the secondary. Playing in the AFC West, the Raiders have to face Philip Rivers and Peyton Manning twice per season.
Revis could be reuniting with the Jets and Rex Ryan. He made his money with the Jets and could be headed back to the team. The Jets just released Antonio Cromartie off of the roster and could use a corner to take that spot.
The Browns also could be interested in bringing in Revis on defense. Could you imagine having Joe Haden on one side and Revis on the other. The Browns could also have Donte Whitner and Jairus Byrd in at safety. Seems like a fantasy world, but it could happen.
