The New England Patirots want to bring Julian Edelman back. The Baltimore Ravens are interested in his services as well. A team that seems like a good fit is in the AFC West and it is not the Denver Broncos. The Kansas City Chiefs seem like they would be a nice fit for the slot receiver.
Edelman would be a nice fit on that offense. Jamaal Charles dominates in that offense, but their quarterback Alex Smith loves to settle for the check down passes and likes to hit a lot of his passes underneath. Guess who excels in that game? Julian Edelman.
With Dwayne Bowe doing whatever the heck he seems to be doing on the outside, he can open up the game underneath for Edelman and Alex Smith could hit him all day. Seems to be a nice fit for the offense.
Charles makes that offense tick, but adding more weapons on that side of the ball could help give Charles a little more room in the running game.
Edelman wouldn’t be able to help with the problems in the secondary though,
