New York Jets owner doesn’t want to use the word ‘patient’ anymore. He doesn’t want to play the patient game anymore. With the moves this offseason, you can see that the Jets are going to get after it. If they can find someone who is better for the roster, they will go after him and bring him on board. They added Eric Decker onto the roster and they also added Michael Vick onto the roster. They had some young quarterbacks on the roster already, but they decided to put some competition at the position and bring in the veteran Michael Vick to challenge.
Vick has led many high-powered offenses in the past, but he struggles with turnovers and injuries. With the lack of patience from the top, the team has shared their interest in adding DeSean Jackson onto the roster and they will likely chase after him to bring him onto the roster.
When big names become available, the Jets might be looking to pounce. They are not going to preach patience anymore. After watching the Denver Broncos and New England Patriots with their aggressiveness this offseason, the Jets are looking to get after it as well.
