The Green Bay Packers will re-sign their fullback John Kuhn, per Mike Garafolo. Kuhn is a good player to have on the team and his value is underestimated. He knows the offensive system front and back and is good protection for Aaron Rodgers in the backfield. He is a perfect fit for the Packers and will be part of the roster for another season.

Kuhn signed a 1-year deal that is worth a little over $1 million.

Kuhn will continue to do all the dirty work and make things happen on offense. He won’t get a ton of credit on the stat sheet or from other fan bases, but the Packers fans know his value and there is a reason why they love yelling out “KUUUUUHHHHNNNNNNNN” throughout the game. It is a fun name to yell and rolls off the tongue nice, but if he sucked as a football player, they would be yelling ‘BOOOOOOOOOO’ instead.

Kuhn will be a free agent again at the end of the season though. I wonder why they were unable to lock him up to a deal that was a little longer.
