After all the talk about a possible Sexual Assualt investigation for Colin Kaepernick and the other football players that were involved, it turns out there is nothing to see here but an incident report that the woman just wanted filed.
Here is Cam Inman sharing the news:
#49ers Kaepernick incident is NOT being investigated as a sex assault. Report taken at the request of the woman, according to @nataliealund

And here is Natalie Alund confirming the report:
@dreab15 @CamInman Not true. I spoke with Miami PD who said this was simply an incident report filed at the request of the woman. No crime
— Natalie Neysa Alund (@nataliealund) April 10, 2014
THAT’S IT! Nothing more!
All that talk about the Miami PD investigating the incident seems to be amiss. The details on the report still seem interesting and are going to make their own news, but there is no criminal activity being investigated here.
All we have here is a few guys partying it up and hanging out with this girl that decided to file an incident report because she couldn’t remember anything that happened. Thanks for putting the names of some high profile people in the public eye for some stupid stuff.
Time to get back to football! We need it bad!
