Arizona Cardinals head coach Bruce Arians would not be happy about the HBO Hard Knocks setting up shop in Arizona. The hit show still has not announced which team they will be following, but the Cardinals are on the short list of teams that could get the cameras following them around:

  • "“I don’t watch reality TV,” Arians told the Arizona Republic. “It does nothing for me so I don’t really want to be on reality TV. I would have to change totally how I coach. It would not be acceptable to a lot of people, and I’ve been down the road with some people.”“I think it’s a total distraction to what you’re trying to accomplish,” he said, “because everything about Hard Knocks is getting on television and being an individual. And it’s a team game.”"

The show is a distraction for the organization that they follow, but it is great for the fans of the game. The league will need to find a way to balance the thing out. There are not many teams that want that distraction following their team around.
