Jacksonville Jaguars GM: Johnny Manziel most ready of QBs

The Jacksonville Jaguars could be in the hunt for a quarterback with their top selection in the draft and sitting at the top spot with the 3rd selection overall, they should have their choice of quarterback to choose from. GM Dave Caldwell believes that Johnny Manziel is the most ready to step in and start:

Will the Jaguars want to go that early to choose their quarterback though? They will likely pass on the opportunity to select a quarterback at that spot and choose one later in the draft. They have the option of trading down to make their selection or they can just wait till their turn comes up in the 2nd round. If they would want Manziel though, they would have to find a way to take him in the first round.
